Relais La Fattoria is a 17th century building that was turned from a factory to a hotel and also an ancient stables was turned into a restaurant. The hotel has an ideal location in the heart of Melfi in one of the most fascinating areas of art, culture and landscape.

The historical places that are at a short distance from the hotel are Venosa, Acerenza, the lakes of Monticchio, the ancient Vulcan Vulture hills that look down on the Ofanto Valley. The hotel is surrounded by its own farmlands, vineyards, olive orchards, woods and cultivated plains of corn wheat and sunflowers, rendering an ideal environment for walks in the countryside.
